Wednesday Night Concert Series

Wednesday Nights; 6-8pm

September 1- Christabel and the Jons
Christabel and the Jons is a Southern swing band that blends familiar standards with modern vintage-sounding originals. Their sound combines elements of old jazz, folk, country, and rhythm and blues. Lead singer Christa DeCicco’s songwriting is heartfelt and nostalgic, but it is her distinctive, sultry voice that entrances audiences wherever they go.

September 8- Biscuit Miller & the Mix
Biscuit Miller, one of the funkiest bass players around, is coming to the Village with his band Biscuit Miller and the Mix. They are a high energy, charismatic band, with a lot to show. What’s better than a flavorful mix of funk, blues, and old style rock-n-roll soul? A pipin’ hot Biscuit, of course!

September 15- Bucktown Kickback
The band has blazed an impressive trail through the richly diverse Americana landscape with their Alt.Country/Bluegrass/Folk-Rock originals. Headlining concerts throughout the Midwest and Southeast as well as opening up for the likes of Alabama, Junior Brown, and Todd Snider, Adam and his band electrify listeners with their live performances. "Americana + Jamgrass + Classic Country = Bucktown Kickback

September 22- Donnie Sundal
With a core of R&B/Funk/Soul and an added Latin feel, this trio will get you movin’ with songs by Bob Marley, Al Green, and Steve Wonder.

September 29- Dread Clampitt
Dread Clampitt has quickly become one of the hottest bands in the South playing a mixture of bluegrass, funk and jazz. The “Dread” seems to apply their uncanny ability to be laid back while playing highly-technical and sometimes blazing-fast tunes. Enjoy this “foot stompin’ beach bluegrass” band in the Village Events Plaza.
