Growing up in the hills of Arkansas, Forrest picked up his first guitar at the age of 14. During his childhood many influences carried onto his music career including Rock, Blues, Country, and Folk music. His style covers a variety of genres, incorporating acoustic guitar and the harmonica.
May 10, Selwyn Birchwood
A powerhouse player and emotive performer the Selwyn Birchwood Band combines soulful vocals, guitar, and a steel touch on classic Chicago blues. He delivers his original songs with revival, charisma, and impactful unvarnished vocals. In 2013, he won the International Blues Challenge, beating out 125 other bands from the U.S. and abroad, also taking home the Albert King Guitarist of the Year award.
May 17, Big Al & the Heavyweights
Big Al & the Heavyweights serves up some original blues, New Orleans style! From Cajun to Zydeco Big Al & the Heavyweights brings everything in between. The band has been featured at venues throughout the U.S. including the Mardi Gras Celebration at Universal Studio's in Orlando.
May 24, Chris Alvarado
Award-winning singer/songwriter Chris Alvarado is currently based out of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. For the past several years Chris has been recognized as a finalist in the Nashville Music City Songwriting Competition. Chris has performed at the Florida Grammy Showcase in Orlando, FL where he was selected among a panel of judges as the winner out of six acts from the state of Florida. Chris is often compared to sounds of John Mayer, Jack Johnson, and Jason Mraz.

The Moon Lagoons is a local rock/soul band formed in Destin, FL last year. The band's moto is to captivate their audience with good vibes, good times, and a night of dancing when they grace the stage.
